Registration is now open for EMS providers taking CAPCE and Free CE courses.
Get started on our new course platform by registering for a free Provider Account.
With a Provider Account, you will enjoy streamlined enrollment in our courses and be easily added to an Agency Account later. Providers currently affiliated with Agency Accounts will take their CE courses on the new platform but continue to login at americancme.com for protocol tests for now. We will onboard Agency Account administrators in mid-September and begin delivering protocol tests on the new platform in October. We will keep you informed of the next steps on our blog and your new account dashboard.
All existing American CME account holders can register a new account and still retain access to the legacy account for the rest of 2023. New account registration is required for continued access to American CME courses.
After registering for a Provider Account, you will arrive on your new My Account page. Click All Courses, and then select CAPCE or Free CE Courses. On the Courses page, you can filter by category. Choose a course and click Enroll Now. (Once enrolled, this button will say Continue Study.)
Complete the enrollment form. Coupons will become available for special promotions. They are also available for users who wish to transfer their CAPCE subscription to the new platform. We will be emailing current subscribers.
When you are logged in, the enrollment form will auto-populate with the required profile information. Use our secure payment gateway and agree to the terms and privacy policy. Please note: We never sell your information! We do share your CAPCE course completion data with the CAPCE association so that you can receive your continuing education credits.
After a successful transaction, the Thank You page will open with a link to enter the course or go to your account page. For a receipt of payment, visit your account page. Resources to help you navigate your new account are available on our Support page.
