Sign up for our new platform customized for EMS organizations, agencies, instructors, and providers to stay connected and stay up to date with continuing education, training, assessments, and the latest industry standards.

Sign up for a Provider Account if you have not previously enrolled in a course or agency group. The benefit of signing up for a Provider Account first is that your profile will be complete as required for enrolling in any CAPCE or American CME course and for being easily added to an agency account later.

Important: You must provide your EMS license number and expiration date on the enrollment form.

Do not sign up for a Provider Account if you previously enrolled in a course or group. You already have an account. Log in here.


Sign up to have a group account with sub accounts for your instructional team, learners, or both, a home page for listing courses, resources, and announcements, and a dashboard for tracking course results.

Do not sign up for an Instructor Account if you are in an agency that already has an account. Contact us to find out if your agency has an account already.

Signing up for an I/C Account enrolls you in the ACME Instructor Account Setup course. An I/C Account is a prerequisite for the Custom Education Add-On that allows you to create and deliver custom courses. There is a one-time fee of $50 for the instructor account setup.

Do not sign up for an Agency Account if your medical control authority has created an agency account for you. Contact us to find out if you already have an account.

Signing up for an Agency Account enrolls you in the ACME Agency Account Setup course. An Agency Account is a prerequisite for the Custom Education Add-On that allows you to create and deliver your own assessments and training courses on the platform. There is a one-time $50 fee for the agency account setup.


As an organization, you are the parent account of all your affiliated agencies or departments. As the Group Leader for the Organization Account, you will have administrative access to each affiliated group for creating and assigning assessments, posting to agency message boards, and tracking course and quiz results.

Signing up for an Organization Account enrolls you in the ACME Organization Account Setup course. This required course is for customizing your organization account with the affiliated agency accounts. There is a one-time fee of $250 for organization account setup.
