The benefit of signing up for a Provider Account first is that your profile will be complete as required for enrolling in any CAPCE or American CME course and for being easily added to an agency account later.

As an organization, you are the parent account of all your affiliated agencies or departments. As the Group Leader for the Organization Account, you will have administrative access to each affiliated group for creating and assigning assessments, posting to agency message boards, and tracking course and quiz results.
Signing up for an Organization Account enrolls you in the ACME Organization Account Setup course. This required course is for customizing your organization account with the affiliated agency accounts. There is a one-time fee of $250 for organization account setup.
