Simplifying Your Course Selection
American CME is excited to unveil CAPCE Course Category Bundles, a new way to streamline your course selection process. Category Bundles are subscriptions for groups of courses in the same category. Our nine new bundles are designed to better support clinicians who need courses in specific categories for their state and NREMT license re-registration.
New CAPCE Cardiology Courses
Previously, our courses used Michigan categories only, and they still do with the addition of the Cardiology category. The new Cardiology Bundle includes essential courses previously categorized under Medical, including the ResQCPR System and ResQPOD ITD 10 courses. We’re excited to announce that these two courses are now CAPCE accredited and available in our CAPCE library.
Save More with Bundles
Our original CAPCE Basic Bundle and CAPCE Basic and Advanced Bundle are still available for earning continuing education hours (CEHs) across all categories. Those bundles unlock all the included courses for $3 each–the biggest savings of all. But if you only need courses in certain categories, then the Category Bundles are for you! By choosing a Category Bundle, you can enjoy a 17% – 20% discount on your courses. Here’s how the savings break down:
- 1.0 CEH courses: Regularly $6 each, now just $5 in the Category Bundles.
- 0.5 CEH courses: Regularly $5 each, now only $4 in the Category Bundles.
Flexible Course Application
Each course is categorized by its dominant topic of instruction, and no two Category Bundles include the same courses. However, in EMS, courses often fit in multiple categories. Cardiology courses also fulfill medical category requirements, for example. This means that if you complete more Cardiology courses than you need, the excess can apply to the Medical category. It also means that the courses in the Cardiology Bundle not only satisfy the NREMT National Component requirements for Cardiology but also state license renewal requirements in the Medical category.
