Medstar Education and Assessments are for Medstar Group Members.
Enroll in your Medstar Ops Group before taking any courses or tests assigned by Medstar.
- Group Enrollment is required for MCA tests.
- Group Enrollment is required for free CAPCE courses.
- Group Enrollment is required for Medstar training courses.
To enroll, go to the Group Enrollment tab.
Enroll in the Ops group where you work.
- Medstar Northern Ops (Clinton, Eaton, Ingham) — GCMCA, OCMCA, and TCEMCA
- Medstar Southern Ops (Detroit and Lincoln Park) — OCMCA
- Medstar Central Ops (Macomb and Oakland) — MCMCA and OCMCA
- LifeFlight: Contact Group Leader Naomi Baska to enroll — OCMCA
Enrollment in an Ops group grants access to free CAPCE courses and Medstar Training courses. Use the Group Pages to access the courses and tests or you can access them from your My Dashboard page.
Members: If you have two accounts in the American CME system, and you prefer that a different one is affiliated with your Group(s), contact support@americancme.org.

Enroll in the Northern/Central/Southern Ops or LifeFlight group before taking Med Control Education and Assessments for your completions to be included on Medstar’s reporting dashboard for verification.
