Provider Account

Sign up for a Provider Account if you have not previously enrolled in a course or group.

By registering a Provider Account, your profile will be complete as required for enrolling in any CAPCE or American CME course and for being easily added to a group (agency account) later.

Enrollment Form Tips:

• An EMS license number and expiration date is required on the enrollment form. If you do not have a number, please use a placeholder such as 000000 and a date.
• Leave the NREMT field blank if you do not have an active NREMT number. Do not enter anything in the blank if you do not have an NREMT number.
• If you enter an NREMT Registry number, you must also provide the reregistration date. Locate it here.
• If you have an NREMT Registry number, you also have an National EMS ID that you can enter in the NEMSID field. Locate it here.
