EMS communication can take place face-to-face, via radio, and in the form of written or electronic patient care reports. This course will focus on radio communication between hospital and prehospital providers. The goal of this lesson is to foster a greater appreciation for the importance of effective communication between EMS providers and emergency department staff by modeling multiple examples from multiple perspectives.
