Organization Account
Sign up for an Organization Account if you are a Medical Control Authority or EMS regulatory body assigning education to affiliated agencies. Also sign up for an Organization Account if you have a multi-station agency in which you will need multiple group accounts.
An Organization Account gives you a parent account and up to 100 Agency “Group” Accounts. The organization’s Group Leader(s) will have administrative access to each affiliated group for assigning courses, tracking course results, posting to agency message boards, and more.
Important:
- Signing up enrolls you in the ACME Organization Account Setup course with the steps for getting started.
- An organization account allows you to assign existing American CME or custom courses to your group and track course results.
- An Organization Account is a prerequisite for the Custom Education Add-On that allows you to create and deliver your own courses and tests.
Enrollment Form Tips:
- An EMS license number and expiration date is required on the enrollment form. If you do not have a number, please use a placeholder such as 00000 and a date.
- Leave the NREMT field blank if you do not have an active NREMT number. Do not fill that blank with an abbreviation or any other wording if you do not have an NREMT number. If you do have a number, you must also provide the reregistration date. Locate it here.
There is a one-time $250 fee for the Organization Account setup including the setup of all affiliated groups.
