The course reviews the impact of chronic stress, burnout, and trauma on EMS providers, emphasizing self-awareness, resilience, and sustainable recovery. Participants will learn practical strategies for managing stress, recognizing early signs of burnout, and implementing trauma-informed care. The course includes interactive activities, evidence-based interventions, and tools to promote long-term well-being and professional longevity.
